HiavaNet+ is a solution for companies ordering transportation services. Our service is Finnish, developed in Finland, and our customer service is also located in Finland. We commit to handling inquiries promptly and with high quality.

Our customer service response time on business days is 2 hours, during which time we communicate the progress and the necessary timeline. A significant part of our service development is the ongoing dialogue with our customers.

The accelerating pace of business presents increasing challenges for service companies, as even minor errors and disruptions significantly delay logistics operations. Delays caused solely by communication issues result in costs, often totaling at least thousands of euros.

To address this need, we created the HiavaNet+ service. The service’s quality ensures the transmission of transportation data and documents, as well as transparent order tracking.

Our service provides efficient and automated connections to transportation companies directly from our client’s systems. HiavaNet+ directs orders to the right place, whether they are generated automatically, entered manually, or supplemented. We manage logistics data from the transportation order all the way to the transportation company, providing updated reports with the current status of each order.

A significant aspect of this solution is our collaboration with the highly regarded Finnish company, Youredi Oy, which specializes in the data transmission industry. This partnership ensures not only stable real-time connections to all domestic transportation companies but also global logistics conglomerates around the world.

HiavaNet+ Service Offerings

HiavaNet+ includes automatic connections to systems that generate transportation orders, customized interfaces, and direct integrations. HiavaNet+ is the solution that allows transportation orderers to reach all the transportation companies they need. Our services also include a portal for manually inputting transportation requests and order tracking.

Pricing

The service is based on a monthly pricing model. The extent of the license is determined by service levels and their included features. In addition to the license and implementation, customers are billed based on transaction costs related to their volumes. We are happy to discuss a billing model that suits your needs.
